Orders are picked up by Anjali or Karmella periodically, as we coordinate pick-ups once there are orders ready to go! We typically say our turnaround time is 7-10 business days, or 2 weeks, so we try to schedule pick-ups this often as well.
All orders are made custom and are unable to exchange or return.
